	Looby Veterinary Group Policies Appointments: Office visits are seen by appointment. Patients with appointments are always given priority except in cases of emergency. Payment: Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. Leash and Cage Policy: For the protection of everyone in the office, all dogs must be on leashes and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrying crate or on a leash.
